It should be noted that under no circumstances, we deliver your personal information to other businesses. This information is handle only by authorized people within our company. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
When a customer buys a product online with our company, the product is delivered within 15 business days time. In case delivery has not been done in the time set by the company, the company should be notified about it by a mail. The normal time set by our company is 15 days time for any normal delivery. All the products available in stock are dispatched to their port of delivery within 5 working days .Products which are not available in stock or which need to be tailored according to customers needs may take longer. If a product cannot be delivered within 15 days, in these circumstances the customers will be notified by the company through a mail. In case, a customer wants a product to be delivered before the days set by the company, the latter may request for it when the product is ordered, however an additional fees will be charged for prompt delivery. Moreover the original prices of product are displayed on the website; however there may be slight changes depending on distance.
RETURN AND REFUND:
The main aim of our company is to provide our customers with quality level of products. We have a well diversified work force who works towards providing good quality products from well known manufacturers to our customers and to deliver the right product to the right customer. However in case there are any type of problem with the appliances which has been delivered to our customers, this can be returned under specific circumstances. This refund applies only to products which has been damage before delivery of the product to the customer. If a wrong product has been delivered to a customer, the latter must inform the company immediately, so that the product can be exchanged.
